UK's leading Gold Leaf supplier required a new web site as their existing web site was out of date and required modernising.
Due to fluctuations in prices to stock, Gold Leaf Supplies needed a cost effective way of regularly updating their current print catalogue as they were re-printing their catalogue several times a year.
Our proposal was to design a new ecommerce website that would allow Gold Leaf Supplies to upload new products and change prices on a daily basis.
The new ecommerce website has since proved to increase turnover, reduce telephone enquiries (detailed product descriptions and prices are now listed on the website thus preventing time consuming phone calls). This frees up time for the staff to allow them to concentrate on developing the business, rather than answering the telephone.
The new website has effectively reduced the volume of telephone orders, yet it has dramatically increased orders overall. In addition, the website has also led to an increase in supplying products to large commercial projects.
